Your 3 day retreat experience includes; shared accommodations, tenting or camper (no larger than 20'), nourishing meals and snacks, workshops and practices with our gifted facilitators, elemental attunements, sacred cacao ceremony, evening ceremonies and fireside gatherings, movement, breath, sound, creativity, and space to simply rest and be.
