Every session begins with you: where you are, what's asking to be seen, what's ready to move. No two sessions are the same, because no two people are.

In our work together, I walk with you along the pathways of this life and of others. We meet what's been held in the body — old trauma, energies that have become stuck, patterns that were never yours to carry. Together we release what's ready to go, and we tend the body's energy system so it can settle into something truer.

I work with the energies of plants, stones, the elements and spirit. They are teachers and companions in this work, and they meet each person differently.

This is a re-membering. Not becoming someone new, but returning to who you are and who you have always been.
What to expect
Sessions are 90 minutes.

When you're ready to book, I'll send you an intake form. It's a chance for me to understand your dreams and desires for this healing, so the journey I create is truly yours. Beyond that, there's nothing you need to know beforehand and nothing you need to do except arrive.
