Do you offer online (virtual) sessions?
Yes — 1:1 counselling and energy healing sessions are available virtually as well as in person. Reach out through the contact form to check availability and book a time that works for you.
How do I book a session or get in touch?
You can reach out anytime through the contact form to book a session, ask about the retreat, or simply say hello. I'll get back to you to confirm details and next steps.
What personal information do you collect, and why?
When you fill out a contact form, register for an event, or sign up for updates, I may collect your name, contact details (email, phone), and pronouns, along with any health, dietary, or accessibility information you choose to share, responses to reflective or application questions, payment details (processed securely through a third-party platform), and emergency contact information. This information is used only to provide you with services, prepare for sessions or the retreat, and keep you updated.
How do you use my information?
We use your information to respond to your inquiries, coordinate bookings for sessions and retreats, and keep you informed about offerings you've expressed interest in. We never use your personal information for purposes beyond supporting your experience with Thresholds.
Will my information be shared with anyone?
No. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information is only shared with trusted providers who help us operate our services, such as scheduling or payment platforms, and only as needed.
Will I be photographed or recorded during a retreat?
Occasionally, photos or videos may be taken during group retreats or events for promotional use. If you prefer not to be photographed, simply let us know and we will respect your privacy.
Can I access, update, or delete my personal information?
Yes. You may reach out anytime to request access to, updates to, or deletion of your personal information. We will respond promptly to help with your request.
Yes. Retreat dates, offerings, and pricing may occasionally change due to circumstances beyond our control. If this happens, we will notify registered participants as soon as possible and do our best to accommodate any impact this may have on you.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Deposits for the annual retreat and paid programs are non-refundable, as they secure your spot and cover planning costs. If you're unable to attend, your deposit may be transferred to a future offering within 12 months when possible. For 1:1 sessions, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel; sessions cancelled with less notice are charged in full.
