Kareen Meier
I’m Kareen Meier, a Sacred Witch, counsellor, circle keeper, and practitioner of shamanic and earth medicine, working with plants, stones, spirit and the elements.
My work has grown from more than twenty years of personal healing and spiritual practice, woven together with over six years of dedicated counselling work. What began with Reiki has deepened through earth medicine, ceremony, plant medicines, sacred circle and learning to listen—to the body, to the Earth, and to the wisdom that lives beneath our stories.
From this weaving, Sacred Presence emerged.
Sacred Presence is not simply something I teach. It is something I live—a way of being, listening and connecting that invites us back into relationship with our authentic self.
This is the heart of my work: To create enough safety, stillness and sacred presence for what is already within you to be heard.
